Our prices 2025

Minimum stay 3 nights.

Once the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of 40% of the rental price may be required, with the remainder to be paid upon departure.   

Prices include bed linen, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi

Pets:

In our holiday apartments we are happy to accept dogs, cats,… by prior arrangement at a daily rate of 10€ (without food).

Payment:

We prefer cash payment on site, payment by Maestro (EC) card or bank transfer is possible.

You are welcome to pay the bill on the day of departure in cash or with a Maestro (EC) card.

If you want to pay by bank transfer, this must be agreed with us in advance and the invoice amount must be transferred to our business account shortly before departure!

Credit Cards: We do not accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Exp, etc.)

Use of washing machine / dryer:

For our holiday apartments there is a washing machine and a dryer available for use in an adjoining room; we charge 5€ per wash and dryer cycle.

Long-term stay:

When booking a longer rental period (longer than 4 weeks), special conditions can be agreed.

Arrival-Departure:

Your holiday apartment will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you arrive before 4 p.m. or after 8 p.m., please let us know.

Cancellation:
Cancellations up to 20 days before departure are free of charge. Between 19 and 10 days we charge 50 percent and after this period we have to charge 100 percent of the booked arrangement, the same applies for late arrival or early departure. To avoid this inconvenience for you and us, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
